Acceptable Use Policy Customers may only use the inovicahosting.com services for lawful purposes. Our acceptable use policy (contained within this section) is one of zero tolerance. Inovicahosting.com reserves the right to immediately discontinue service to a customer without liability, refund, or continuance of any prepaid service fees. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless inovicahosting.com from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party. The following are unacceptable uses and shall be cause for the immediate termination of web services without notice to the customer: Illegal Activity Unauthorized distribution or copying copyrighted software, violation of US, UK and international export restrictions, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, and other illegal activities. Inovicahosting.com reserves the right to report such illegal activities to any and all-regulatory, administrative and/or governmental authorities for appropriate prosecution. Adult content All pornographic content and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all inovicahosting.com servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or links to adult content elsewhere. Inovicahosting.com will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. Net Abuse Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Spamming Sending unsolicited advertising to numerous email addresses or newsgroups and/or generating a significantly higher volume of outgoing email than a normal user Trolling Posting outrageous messages to generate numerous responses Mail-bombing Sending multiple messages without significant new content to the same user, else to a mailing list without that person's permission, cross-posting articles to an excessive number of or to inappropriate newsgroups are in violation of our AUP and of certain State laws. Spamming by third parties to promote a web site hosted by inovicahosting.com, using a non-existing email return address on a commercial solicitation, subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person's permission, cross-posting articles to an excessive number of or to inappropriate newsgroups are in violation of our AUP and of certain laws. Posting information, violating trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights or intentionally inflicting emotional distress, posting of private, defamatory, scandalous, or information about a person without their consent violates our AUP. Warez or hacking information This includes storing or distributing pirated or copyrighted software, hacker programs, serial number archives, cracks or any other content generally considered to be warez or relating to hacking. Misuse of system resources Attempting without authorization to enter into a secured computer system. Hacking or otherwise altering of a site owned and operated by another person. inovicahosting.com reserves the right to report such illegal activities to any and all-regulatory, administrative and/or governmental authorities for appropriate prosecution. IRC IRC or IRC bots may not be operated on our servers at this time. Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion. All Sub-Networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of inovicahosting.com must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation. All complaints about alleged violations of this AUP should be forwarded to security@inovicahosting.com.
